Service Area:

KRMA has an approved facility planning area which represents approximately two-thirds of the County of Kankakee.  This facility planning area includes the City of Kankakee and Villages of Aroma Park, Bourbonnais and Bradley.  Major interceptors owned by the municipalities serve the existing population and radiate to the north, east, and south of the metropolitan area.

Customers Served:

It is estimated that there are 57,500 persons served within the one city and four villages, 30 significant industrial dischargers and approximately 700 commercial users utilize KRMA's facility.
